★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo dar menos 5 porque la aplicación no lo permite.. Pésimo servicio de la Señora Erika Zarate y su compañera .. mi mamá está enferma y de urgencia tuvieron que despositarnos... Mi mamá está enferma de su vista y no puede leer... Olvidamos su Cubrebocas y como llevaba su playera cuello de tortuga subió su blusa para evitar reclamos era una transacción de menos de 5 min.... Y las señoras se pusieron muy pesadas y le sali dando mi Cubrebocas a mi mamá y no quisieron hacer la transacción porque no pueden leer el teléfono y leer.. pésimo servicio les falta calidad humana.... Eh estamos llamando a los números para reportar y ni siquiera contestan pésimo servicio de Oxxo
I cannot give less than 5 because the application does not allow it .. Terrible service from Mrs. Erika Zarate and her partner .. my mother is ill and urgently they had to deposit us ... My mother is sick with her eyesight and cannot read. .. We forgot her Mouth Cover and as she was wearing her turtleneck shirt, she raised her blouse to avoid claims it was a transaction of less than 5 min .... And the ladies got very heavy and I gave my Mum my Mouth Cover and they didn't want to make the transaction because they cannot read the phone and read .. terrible service they lack human quality .... Hey, we are calling the numbers to report and they don't even answer Oxxo's bad service
