★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, no te dan ni los buenos días, no te notifican si están en servicio las cajas, tienen música fuerte y por culpa de eso no te escuchan bien los datos que das, se equivocan y te vuelven a cobrar 2 veces la comisión de un depósito.
Terrible customer service, they don't even say good morning to you, they don't notify you if the boxes are in service, they have loud music and because of that they don't listen well to the data you give, they make mistakes and they charge you twice the amount commission from a deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con lo que cobran más aún si pagas con tarjeta, chequen bien lo que te cobran!!! te hacen cargos aparte de los centavos antes preguntaban si aceptaba el redondeo ahora lo aplican sin tu autorización. Inconforme con esto, ya que lo están haciendo en varias tiendas OXXO.
Be careful with what they charge even more if you pay with a card, check well what they charge you !!! They charge you other than the pennies before they asked if you accepted rounding now they apply it without your authorization. Unhappy with this, since they are doing it in several OXXO stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días contrataron a un vagabundo franelero que cobra por que puedas estacionarte en tu coche. Se instalo con botes en la entrada del oxxo y todo el tiempo sonando su silbato y pidiendo dinero. Ojalá y lo quitarán, ya no me gusta comprar ahí.
A few days ago they hired a homeless flannel man who charges for you to park in your car. He settled with boats at the entrance of the oxxo and all the time blowing his whistle and asking for money. Hopefully and they will remove it, I no longer like to buy there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana llegó un franelero que se adueñó del estacionamiento. Todo el tiempo con su bandera, silbato y pidiendo dinero. Es increíble que tengas que dar monedas para estacionarte. Deberían quitarlo porque muchos ya no queremos comprar ahí.

Yo creo que no están capacitados para saber cómo pasar la tarjeta de puntos o se hacen que ya la pasaron!! Y uno cree que ya está!! No se vale por algo la entrega uno y confía en él cajero! Pésima Sucursal!!
