Han cambiado personal y el servicio al cliente ha mejorado un poco en esta sucursal.

Personnel have changed and customer service has improved a bit at this branch.

This aunt who attends never wants to make deposits, I have to go to another oxxo in which they do. It lies when it says there is no system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alas 8pm fui hacer un pago de servicio a esta tienda y segun los empleados por seguridad no podian recibirme el pago.por un lado los entiendo pues nuestra ciudad se encuentra secuestrada por la delincuencia.pero entonces señores encargados o dueños.retiren toda la propaganda de horario de servicio para pagos y retiros de 6am a 10pm y pongan un horio razonable
At 8pm I went to make a service payment to this store and according to the security employees they could not receive the payment. On the one hand I understand them because our city is kidnapped by crime. But then gentlemen in charge or owners, remove all the propaganda of Service hours for payments and withdrawals from 6am to 10pm and put a reasonable time
