★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude short lady with glasses who clearly is on a power trip - I think she's the manager. Poor customer service shouting at people to get out when there weren't 5 customers in the place (as dictated by their policy). Then makes us wait outside for 5 minutes for no apparent reason. Doesn't call us in again and others also start lining up outside getting frustrated. Basically the exact type of person you don't want as a manager
