Terrible...I went to get a coffee, they have a holder with 3 sizes (small, medium, large) I grabbed the last cup "Large". I hit large on the coffee machine and it started spilling...the lady at the counter asked me if I pressed Large and I said "yes".... She then says, "I pressed the wrong size because she doesn't have large cups." I pointed at the holder with the 3 sizes and she says "it doesn't matter what's on the rack, You should read the size stamped on the cup" ... I ended up charging for a large coffee because "it's not her fault I didn't read the size stamped on the cup"..... If that's how they handle coffee...I can imagine bigger/more expensive items. Recommendations...if you are a tourist, stay away from this location. I speak and read Spanish....I can only imagine a non Spanish speaker. Terrible... I ended up paying for a large coffee because "it's not her fault she didn't read the size stamped on the cup"... If this is how they handle coffee...I can imagine larger/more expensive items. Recommendations... if you are a tourist, stay away from this place. I read and speak Spanish....I imagine a person who does not speak or read.
