★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención al cliente y aparte ladronas, envié un dinero y a mi familiar le dijeron que la máquina se había atorado que no había podido entregar el efectivo, pero en la aplicación si se registró el retiro del envío, no me parece correcto que se aprovechen así de la gente, solo porque ven que somos indígenas se atreven a robarnos y tratarnos mal. Tengan mucho cuidado cuando vaya a retirar a ese Oxxo.
Very poor customer service and apart from thieves, I sent some money and my family member was told that the machine had gotten stuck that they had not been able to deliver the cash, but in the application if the withdrawal of the shipment was registered, it does not seem right to me that they take advantage like that of the people, just because they see that we are indigenous they dare to rob us and treat us badly.
