★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los OXXO´S en general dan pésimo servicio, la gente siempre hace depósitos o recargas que venta de productos, la tienda ya casi no atiende a personas que compren productos, nunca hay personal capacitado y no se habré la segunda caja por falta de personal, esto es por culpa del mismo OXXO, mas no de los empleados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oxxo usualmente tiene empleados atentos, sin embargo hoy hicimos gran cola para pagar en una sola caja, teniendo ellos 3 cajas de atención, y fue porque hacían correctivo o chocaban saldo de la única caja en servicio. Obviamente el empleado estaba presionando y molesto y lo repercutió en los clientes.
Tienen algunas buenas ofertas pero no están completo en sus productos. Ejemplo: puedes adquirir detergente para trastes y sin embargo no venden una simple jerga o esponja para lavarlos.
Para compras rápidas no están completos en lo que uno busca.
Oxxo usually has attentive employees, however today we made a long queue to pay in a single box, they had 3 attention boxes, and it was because they corrected or collided with the balance of the only box in service. Obviously the employee was pressuring and upset and it impacted on customers.
They have some good deals but they are not complete on their products Example: you can buy dish soap and yet they don't sell a simple jargon or sponge to wash them.
For quick purchases they are not complete in what one is looking for.
