★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no me sorprende el mal servicio en estas tiendas, lo que sorprende es hasta donde llegan sus actitudes NEGATIVAS para los clientes. Hasta parece requisito del oxxo.
I am no longer surprised by the bad service in these stores, what surprises is how far their NEGATIVE attitudes go to customers. It even seems oxxo requirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy típico de muchos Oxxos, mala atención al cliente por parte de los empleados, niegan los pagos de servicios y ni siquiera lo intentan.
He visto y me ha pasado que dicen que "la tarjeta no paso" cuando el PinPad dice "Aprobada" y realmente si se hace el cargo y lo pueden visualizar en su estado de cuenta de su banco, estás malas intenciones y actos por parte de esas personas obvio están muy mal, para que tengan cuidado, verifiquen su ticket y les llega a pasar eso revisen en su estado de cuenta.
Piden ir al Súper Q que está en frente o alrededor hay tienditas y otras tiendas Oxxo.
Muy mal para esas personas y para Oxxo que permite tener empleados como esos.
