★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen problemas con su servicio frecuentemente: a veces no tienen cambio y te quieren hacer redondear por eso. Atienden a puerta cerrada a plenas horas del día y cierran demasiado temprano. Se la pasan con sus letreritos de "NO HAY SERVICIO" "NO HAY SISTEMA". Mejor vayan a las misceláneas a una calle de distancia por Lago Naur.
UPDATE Feb 2019: Parece que la administración cambió. Ya opera como cualquier otro OXXO, ha mejorado bastante la experiencia.
They have problems with their service frequently: sometimes they don't have change and they want to round you up for it. They serve behind closed doors in the middle of the day and close too early. They spend it with their "NO SERVICE" "NO SYSTEM" signs. Better go to the sundries a street away by Lago Naur.
UPDATE Feb 2019: Looks like the management has changed. It already operates like any other OXXO, the experience has improved a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, la atencion al cliente es TERRIBLE, los empleados no tienen buena actitud, son prepotentes y le dan ordenes a los clientes, no se siente amables, tambien te persiguen por toda la tienda como que si entraras a robar, te miran feo y siempre estan paranoicos con todos los clientes que entran. Es el oxxo del "NO" todo lo que preguntes la respuesta es no. No me quisieron aceptar mi botellon de agua vacio porque era un modelo viejo a pesar de que lo habia comprado hace una semana en otro oxxo y si me lo aceptaron en otro oxxo cercano. Siempre esta muy lleno de gente, no son rapidos en las cajas y no controlan el acceso de numero de personas para mantener sana distancia
Terrible service, customer service is TERRIBLE, employees do not have a good attitude, they are arrogant and give orders to customers, they do not feel friendly, they also chase you around the store as if you were to steal, they look at you ugly and They are always paranoid about all the customers that come in. It is the oxxo of "NO" all you ask is the answer is no. They did not want to accept my empty water bottle because it was an old model even though I had bought it a week ago in another oxxo and if they accepted it in another nearby oxxo. It is always very full of people, they are not quick at the checkouts and they do not control the access of the number of people to keep a healthy distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan en Resurtir los productos, ya sea porque no tienen, y otras veces porque les da flojera hacerlo. Otra cosa ya varias veces que después de las 12 de la noche ya no hay quién atienda, ya no abren la ventana para desechar, y por más que se toca NO atienden.
They take time to restock the products, either because they don't have them, and other times because they are too lazy to do so.
