★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he tenido mala experiencia con este oxxo, no sé si es suerte. Pero las empleadas te atienden cómo si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. En ésta ocasión quise hacer retiro de un envío internacional de la compañía Western Union, a lo cual la señorita me comentó que si contaban con el servicio pero que no lo iba a hacer porque es mucha molestia. Me parece de muy mal gusto. No supe si cobran por el servicio porque me negó la atención, pero siendo oxxo que solo les falta cobrarte por respirar. Dudo que no cobren. Ojalá les den una buena capacitación en atención al cliente.

On this occasion I wanted to withdraw an international shipment from the Western Union company, to which the lady told me that if they had the service but that she was not going to do it because it is a lot of annoyance. I find it in very bad taste. I did not know if they charge for the service because they denied me the attention, but being oxxo that they only need to charge you for breathing. I doubt they don't charge. Hopefully they get some good customer service training.
