★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que atiende no trae cubre bocas y se andan paseando por la tienda. Vi que no quisieron cobrar a una persona por no traer cubre bocas. No pueden exigir algo que ni ellos mismos cumplen. El trato no fue el mejor, son muy especiales.
The staff that attends do not bring mouth covers and they walk around the store. I saw that they did not want to charge a person for not bringing mouth covers. They cannot demand something that even they do not fulfill. The treatment was not the best, they are very special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que el servicio deja mucho que desear. Los trabajadores SIEMPRE están de malas. Todas la veces que he ido tengo que hablar en voz alta hasta casi gritar para que me hagan caso. El dar los buenos días ni siquiera te responden y he notado que lo hacen con muchos clientes y cuando les pides realizar un depósito se molestan (suspiran o ponen mala cara). Me encantaría decir que tengo una sola experiencia buena en esta tienda pero mentiría. La verdad como cliente el ser tratado de esa forma te deja mucho que desear y prefiero caminar dos cuadras más para ir a la siguiente sucursal antes que volver a esa tienda. Además nunca traen cubrebocas.
The truth is that the service leaves a lot to be desired. The workers are ALWAYS in bad shape. Every time I've been there, I have to speak out loud to the point of shouting for them to listen to me. Saying good morning they don't even respond to you and I've noticed that they do it with many clients and when you ask them to make a deposit they get upset (sigh or pout). I would love to say that I have only one good experience at this store but I would be lying. The truth is, as a customer, being treated that way leaves you much to be desired and I prefer to walk two more blocks to go to the next branch rather than go back to that store. Also, they never wear face masks.
