We loved the Coco Loco drink (rum, tequila, gin, and coconut water served in a coconut), and the breakfast (Heuvos con Chorizo, Huevos Divorciados), but the three of us who ate the Aguachiles (a type of ceviche) ended up with food poisoning, while the fourth person in our party who didn't partake was fine. I should have known better but it's hard to resist ceviche when you're that close to the ocean.
R	Ron Kemp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a beer don't eat the food, then you should be fine. The three of us who foolishly ate guacamole and salsa paid for it. Very unpleasantly! What a way to ruin your vacation. A beer or stay clear!
S	SM Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh, how we loved this place back in early 2018. Thatched roof, feet in the sand, friendly service - short walk to the paid bathrooms nearby. Unfortunately, we too suffered food poisoning from some suspected bad shrimp that took 3 of us down (the 4th person didn't eat any shrimp). 3 stars for location and friendliness - food poisoning would bring it down. However, if you're just going to go and sip on a cerveza, can't beat it. The food back in 2018 was amazing - not sure what happened.

Food in general is above average, however, 1) It is more expensive than a lot of other options in Bucerias 2) I had the worst burger ever there. Please note though that this is a seafood restaurant! I ordered the only non-seafood item on it, so it's mostly my fault for ordering a burger at a seafood place.

B	Barry and Bobbi Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guacamole was to die for! I don't think I've ever had as good of guacamole. However they don't take credit cards and we didn't know that before we ordered so my husband had to walk up to the ATM to try and get cash and it was closed so he had to walk all the way back to the resort to get cash while I sit here by myself at the table. So be warned . . . make sure you have cash to pay for it but otherwise you'll be stuck like a bar. There is no sign stating cash only. And that's the reason why I gave 3 stars and not 5. Oh, by the way...no restroom. You have to go down there street and pay for it.
