★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron a reparar una fuga y la dejaron peor de como estaba, mantenimiento a calentador y quedo con una fuga que antes no tenía. Los errores pasan, y uno puede ser tolerante. Los.problemas aquí, además de los problemas en sus servicios, son los siguientes:
1) La empresa responderá por la "garantía" solo en el horario y día que ellos puedan. Aunque tu estés sin agua o te estés inundando por los errores que ellos cometieron;
2) Es mentira que atiendan emergencias o tengan servicio 24/7, ya que indican no poder atender de noche, "porque no tienen en donde comprar los materiales".
3) No cumplen su palabra. Explique la importancia de que todo quedara en orden el mismo día, ya que al dia siguiente tendría a un enfermo convaleciente en casa y necesitaba tener agua, y no tener problemas. Me garantizaron que dada su experiencia y profesionalismo, todo quedaría en orden....su respuesta al reportar el problema: "pues hoy no se puede, mañana si quiere".
Pd. Tuve que contratar a un experto que SI tiene servicio de emergencia y 24 horas para arreglar los problemas. Diagnostico del experto sobre le trabajo: No saben soldar.....tres veces soldaron el tubo y la soldadura no agarró nada....rompieron la cuerda de la llave del calentador....por apretarlo de más...

They guaranteed me that given their experience and professionalism, everything would be in order ... their answer when reporting the problem: "Well, today you can't, tomorrow if you want."
P.S. I had to hire an expert who DOES have emergency service and 24 hours to fix the problems. Expert diagnosis about the work: They do not know how to weld ..... three times they welded the tube and the weld did not catch anything ... they broke the string of the heater key ... for tightening it too much ...
