Ubicación céntrica, personal amable y con disponibilidad para ayudarte en todo momento. La entrada es por el estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son algo anticuadas, no tienen aire acondicionado y las camas son algo cómodas, el baño tiene un olor un poco desagradable. No hay toallas ni jabón para manos (las tienes que solicitar en recepción). Hay elevador. Frente al hotel está un Oxxo.

A functional, cozy no frills room with all the basics. Just one important drawback - hot water on demand does not exist here. Shower early if you plan on counting on some warm to lukewarm water.

There were many problems with this room and our stay at this hotel. The owner which I finally had to speak to, had continuously lied about almost everything. There was no air conditioning, and the water was only occasionally hot. He overcharged us by $50 and would not return it. It was right over a very noisy highway and every car that went by shook the building and sent deafening noise into the room. He finally said he would turn on the air conditioner but he would not give us a control even for a deposit. And that he would charge us extra for the air conditioning since that wasn't part of the deal. This is the only room available as the rooms he promised us all smelled like sewage. I think that gives you an idea of what you're offering here through perhaps you should reconsider representing this type of company. This would be better or left for a different class of a traveler or just for workers in Mexico that are Mexican. For them I'm sure it would be a very good deal because they're so underpaid. We had to move out and went to a competitor for about the same price that has beautiful accommodations and that is the hotel Medrano.

Poor quality on everything Toilet did not flush Shower took 30 minutes to get warm not hot barely comfortable enough for a shower. The shower had a broken soap dish that posed a dager it was sharp and pointed I would never recommend or stay there again. Should be closed
