El hotel esta a unos pasos del parque central, setecientos cincuenta por habitación. Aún cuando aparece en Booking, llegamos y no sabían nada de mi reservacion, tampoco tienen pago electrónico y eso ya es muy básico actualmente. Sin estacionamiento. Pero... las habitaciones están muy pequeñas, no tiene aire acondicionado y el frió lo amerita, la cama esta muy vieja y super incomoda, la regadera esta junto al baño y la alfombra ya vio sus mejores años. Anuncian un desayuno pero nadie prepara nada y no te dan información sobre nada. El personal raya en amable pero solo lo suficiente, parece que es un hotel familiar donde todos apoyan. This place deserves 3 stars because the hotel is nice and has personality, it is well located and you can enjoy the city on foot. But... the rooms are very small, it doesn't have air conditioning and the cold deserves it, the bed is very old and super uncomfortable, the shower is next to the bathroom and the carpet has seen its best years. They advertise a breakfast but no one prepares anything and they give you no information about anything. The staff borders on friendly but just enough, it feels like a family run hotel where everyone is supportive.
