C	Carlos Vinicio Lara Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel ecológico que cuida el agua y el medio ambiente, se calienta el agua sin usar hidrocarburos ( sin gas ) destaca si limpieza en cuartos, baños, pasillos, todo el hotel. Esta a cinco minutos caminando del centro de Coatepec, no cuenta con aire acondicionado, cuenta con un sistema de desinfección a base de OZONO, por lo tanto es un lugar seguro para la estancia en sus instalaciones, cuenta con una área de masajes; excelente ubicación si va uno a trabajar, pasear o de negocios, también es un hotel para familias, hay tarifas especiales para grupos y personas que necesitan permanecer por sus actividades por periodos largos, la verdad, SI ES UN SITIO RECOMENDABLE PARA GOZAR DE UNA MUY AGRADABLE ESTANCIA EN COATEPEC! It is an ecological hotel that takes care of water and the environment, the water is heated without using hydrocarbons (without gas), it stands out if it is clean in rooms, bathrooms, corridors, the entire hotel. Los precios que manejan en internet no son los mismos ya que me cobraron $710 pesos por noche. 3. No hay cafetería o restaurante. 4. Sólo pago en efectivo ya que no tienen terminal bancaria. 5. La habitación sin clima. 6. TV sin canales en cable. Sólo agarra cuatro canales!! 6. Habitación limpia. Pero lo mas extraño fue que hay un boquete en la pared como ventilación o no se que trataron de hacer, lo tape con el bote de basura anexo foto. En lo general Mal ese Hotel. Jamás vuelvo ahí. E	Emmanuel Espinosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cómodo pero está extraño el servicio, la encargada del día hace la limpieza y cuando quieres entregar el cuarto hay que buscarla por todo el hotel. En mi caso ese día se sentía mal y estaba hasta el último cuarto en el último piso acostada. Otro punto negativo es que el estacionamiento está a una cuadra pero una señora cuadra osea unos 3 minutos caminado más de 500 mts para llegar a la siguiente calle y encontrar el estacionamiento. Very comfortable but the service is strange, the person in charge of the day does the cleaning and when you want to deliver the room you have to look for her throughout the hotel. In my case that day I felt bad and I was up to the last room on the last floor lying down. Another negative point is that the parking lot is one block away but a lady block that means about 3 minutes walking more than 500 meters to get to the next street and find the parking lot.
