Las fotos qie se muestran aquí tienen mucho filtro. I just passed by, to ask for information, to see a room. En contra tiene el problema de humedad quien sabe porque no lo atienden ya que son más de una persona quejándose de eso, cuartos muy reducidos y la falta de estacionamiento. Hoy la verdad el servicio, limpieza y atención fue deficiente ( en la mañana que fui atendido por una señorita su trato fue hostil ) , en la noche un joven , él fue diferente y muy amable. La limpieza fue deficiente ( habían cucarachas viva y muertas y la cama olía a orines ) . Sumando que aumentaron precios. Yo estoy de acuerdo que todo sube pero eso no implica que bajen calidad. Totalmente decepcionado. It is my second stay in this hotel, the first time everything was excellent in terms of price, attention, cleanliness and service. Today the truth is that the service, cleanliness and attention was deficient (in the morning I was attended by a young lady, her treatment was hostile), at night a young man, he was different and very kind. The cleanliness was poor (there were live and dead cockroaches and the bed smelled of urine). Adding that prices increased. I agree that everything goes up but that does not imply that quality goes down. Totally disappointed.
