★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cuestión de entrenamiento es pésima, me sobre entreno en mi primera sesión y la siguiente me lesione por lo mismo, además los ejercicios ni podía hacerlo y el coach Perry insistía en que los hiciera aunque no pudiera no tuviera la condición
The training issue is lousy, I over-train in my first session and the next I was injured for the same reason, besides the exercises I could not do it and Coach Perry insisted that I do them even if I could not I did not have the condition
