★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización, al gerente le vale madre tu evento y tus proveedores, si le surge un contrato para el mismo día que tu evento el/la gerente lo va a aceptar por que no le importa tu evento, le va a dar a tus proveedores quizá 2 horas para que pongan todo, el personal nada amable, creo recomendado, mejor vayan al cocoa o al partenón
Terrible organization, the manager is worth your event and your suppliers, if a contract arises for the same day that your event the manager will accept because he does not care about your event, he will give your suppliers maybe 2 hours to put everything, the staff is not friendly, I think recommended, better go to cocoa or parthenon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está enorme, lujoso pero aún así fuimos muchos invitados y estaba difícil pasar de un lado a otro. La comida sinceramente no me gustó, una parte estaba salada y la otra mucho más salada. Me encantaron los tocadores (no batallé con el vestido) le falta que le pongan la cajita de emergencias (hilo, aguja, etc).
It is huge, luxurious but still we were many guests and it was difficult to move from one place to another. I honestly didn't like the food, one part was salty and the other much more salty. I loved the dressers (I did not fight with the dress), they need to put the emergency box (thread, needle, etc).

Good place north of Monclova, with parking, large living room and well-conditioned.

There is always spilled water when entering the parking lot, next to the kitchen, and it smells horrible.

I was surprised they remodeled it and it turned out very well only that there is no access from the parking lot to the living room I did not like that
