Los llame para una revisión al motor de mi puerta que no funcionaba correctamente pero en primer lugar, la persona que mandaron llegó en estado de ebriedad, luego solo vio que no funcionaba y me dijo: No funciona y no se puede arreglar... y si se puede arreglar es más caro que comprar uno nuevo. Esto lo dijo sin revisar una sola cosa del motor, y ya con eso me querían cobrar 300 pesos.
Respuesta: Cuando dicen ya conocemos el síntoma, se refieren a que no funciona correctamente. Porque es lo único que vio el técnico, no midió algún parámetro, no revisó el estado del motor, ni siquiera se molestó en subir la escalera a ver de cerca el equipo hasta que yo le dije que de todos modos le iba a pagar la revisión, entonces quería que lo revisara. Nunca me negué a pagar su supuesta revisión.
Entonces, si su puerta no abre o cierra bien, ni se molesten en llamarlos, ese es el síntoma que para ellos indica que su motor ya no funciona y solo les cobrarán 300 pesos por ir a ver lo mismo que les dijeron por teléfono.

I never refused to pay for his supposed revision.
So, if your door does not open or close properly, or bother to call them, that is the symptom that indicates to them that their engine is no longer working and they will only charge 300 pesos for going to see the same thing they were told by phone.
