Excellent company, good benefits to unionized and employees, but by the very nature of the operation plant with risks and much cleaning is lacking

pero al subir de puesto no te dan la capacitación correcta y si fallas se molestan mucho.
en las imágenes se muestra muy limpia pero la realidad es otra no esta tan limpio como se muestra.
I was already working, not bad.
but when you move up, they don't give you the correct training and if you fail they get very upset.
In the images it is very clean but the reality is different, it is not as clean as it is shown.
