T	Tina M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys cost more than the other places, the cart we rented had wonky steering and not very good brakes, and I agreed to a fee of $75/day and was charged almost $90...rent elsewhere!!

There is a place 20 ft to the right (versa premium) that are just as cheap and super friendly. They don't need a 20,000 peso deposit like Pacific. Just cash (we paid $40 USD) and a license. Waaaaaaay less hassel. Don't waste your money here!!
M	Mike B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with cart and support until i got the bill. Gabe said he took dollars and charged originally as dollars and then converted to pesos at a ridiculous not even close exchange rate for final bill. He made an additional 25%. Not good business. Some call this fraud.

The electric golf carts he provided had plenty of power to navigate the hills in town. I highly recommend doing business with this company is interested in a golf cart.

When we got the cart we requested a lock for it and the charger but we're told there was no need for a lock and because we were staying at a villa on top of a hill at the end of the road we were ok. We trusted thier advice but we should not have. The night before we were to turn the cart in someone came in the night and stole the charger. Of course we were told this never happens and we were charged a huge amount of $$. Looked like an inside job, very profitable for them - what a scam! I see that others have had the same experience, had we known this we would have been less trusting. Don't rent from these people they are scam artists! Jill Thompson
L	Liz Walton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our charger was stolen the first day we had the golf car. Gabe never told us that we shouldn't leave it in the cart... and the replacement fee was $500! Seems like a scam to me... especially since he told us this NEVER happens... but upon further investigation, we talked to many other people who had the exact same thing happen to them. I'd still rent from Gabe again, but I would lock the charger onto the cart or leave it inside where you are staying... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
