This is an excellent company! Samantha and Jonas are true professionals and they are very detailed oriented. They return calls and emails almost immediately so communication is always great. They are and have been extremely patient and understanding in helping me and my wife through the process of finding our 2nd home in PV. I would strongly encourage anybody to use them.

We have bought and sold twice using Pacific Paradise, rented through them for vacation rentals, and used them for property management. Jonás and his employees are outstanding for every real estate need. They are honest, reliable, and up to date on all aspects. We highly recommend this company for all of your real estate transactions.

******SENIOR FRAUD ALERT******* Be warned doing any business with Sergio and his team at Pacific Paradise Realtors. Sergio secured an $18,000 pesos deposit from my elderly parents for a condo which they were unable to use due to Covid travel restrictions. Over the past two years we have over 20 emails from Sergio as well as Jonas Soder Eklund (the owner) promising a return of these funds which have never arrived. This has caused extreme stress to my parents and family and a genuine feeling of being taken advantage of. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE using the team at Pacific Realtors unless you want to risk being scammed, particularly if you are a senior or live abroad and have little ability for recourse.

I strongly recommend you avoid working with Pacific Paradise Realtors. I am very disappointed with the poor service provided. They took a deposit for 18,000 pesos from my parents. They have stated clearly in written communication that a refund is due, even asking for wire details to execute the transfer, but continue to delay with no resolution. You will likely see a response that the deposit has not been refunded since they have not been able to get it back from the property owner, but that is their responsibility. My parents have had no engagement with the property owner. PP Realtors should provide a refund and then continue to work with their client (the owner) to resolve the issue between them. Pacific Paradise Realtors has caused much stress for my parents. I strongly suggest you avoid them. You will no doubt see a response with excuses, but recognize they can say whatever they want. The important thing to note is they have caused a very negative customer experience, which has triggered me to write this review. Be warned of Pacific Paradise Realtors and Sergio. In reference to their response, it seems like a pretty weak excuse to say that we can't get a refund since the property owner died. Sounds like a made-up story to me, in order to hold onto the money themselves, but you can decide.
