Para recibir dicho certificado de regalo y poder viajar, había que ir a una junta , en pareja. Me dieron la opción de transferir mi premio a un amigo, jamás le llamaron. Chequen las condiciones en las que esta agencia les plantea los paquetes, con esta experiencia, ni de chiste les dejo la confianza de planear ni un día de mis vacaciones. Por cierto, el servicio al cliente es pésimo, tienen muy poca capacidad de empatía todas las personas que me atendieron. Prometen mucho, viajes a excelente precio y casi regalados a todo el mundo, el gancho su disque semanas platino, etc pero nada es verdad. Yo pagué (o me reboraron más bien) por 5 años y los denuncié en PROFECO pero fue todo un rollo, así que no se dejen engañar. Te dicen lo que todos quisiéramos, casi casi Regalado, y así me lo vendieron solo tenia que pagar los impuestos y a la mera hora nadie da la cara. Las opiniones de 5 estrellas son paleros, no encuentro yo como pueda alguien recomendar si es totalmente FALSO, pero de que la atención y promesas son excelentes cuando uno va a informes y contratar, no hay duda I wish that no one is fooled, they are thieves.
