★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very quiet resort..... Friendly staff, good food and accomodation. Every unit has a view of the town and harbor across the bay.
Yes....it is a little out of the way. Just the way we like it!!
We usually walk to town along the the beaches and return by taxi (60 pesos) or by local bus (about 10 pesos), if we have shopped for food etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one week relaxing at Pacifica Grande and can't wait to go back again. The accomadations are so amazing you are tempted to stay in your room all day. The one bedroom is spacious and includes an outdoor shower that is very private. There is an additional bathroom from the living room area and a kitchen with a fully stocked refrigerator of drinks.
Outside on the balcony there are two comfy lounge chairs, a dipping pool, and an incredible view of the bay and beaches below.
In addition, the staff goes beyond and above to make sure you have everything and anything you need to make your stay more comfortable.
Morning coffee and sweet breads brought to our door each morning, drinks and food by the pool, sunset dinners at the onsite restaurant were some of the many wonderful extras we enjoyed during our stay.
If you can find availability at Pacifica Grande in Zihu go and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to stay at Pacifica Grand due to construction at Pacifica Aqua in Ixtapa. Rooms are beautiful. Restaurants were good but very limited menu's. Service was spotty. Sometimes meals were forgotten. I think the Grand needs to expand their menu choices and have some training given to the staff. Management was excellent and helpful. Beautiful location. Needs more Restaurants, only had 2 on-site . Would stay here again.
