★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. This place is absolutely stunning. It blew our mind the first time we went so we made sure that we brought our friends here when they arrived. The sunset is incredible, the place is spotless, and there is a separate pool and play area for kids!! BUT the reason for this review is the service. The moment we walked in, Fernando and Gaberiel made us feel like we were famous! They set my family up with a shaded area so we could order drinks and eat. Then when we wanted to be near the kids pool, they set us up over there with a smile on their face. They are seriously just so sweet! We came here 3 days of our 6 day stay! The red beers were incredible too;) We are coming back for Thanksgiving week and will he bringing everyone coming with us HERE again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got tequila instead of Titos vodka, but they made it up to me. Don't walk through the beach side restaurant to the bar. Frowned upon. Overall decent service. Not what the brand promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food and amazing staff. The menu has been expanded this year, and is focused on Mexican cuisine. Sheltered and beachfront dining options, definitely worth the trip up from the beach chairs. Natural rock formations provide some protection for swimming, and snorkeling. The latter is fairly poor due to low visibility and warm waters.

Cesar, Israel, and their whole team made for the most memorable experience with their warmth, attentiveness and signature catch phrase that “anything is possible!” The beach could not have been more gorgeous but the service at Pacifico made the night one we will never forget!
