★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido pero sólo venden por cajas, así q si quieres comprar de unos cuantos frascos, no te los van a vender. Lamento decir esto pero la chica que me atendió no es muy gentil cuando le hablas y no es tu turno.
 They have a good assortment but they only sell by boxes, so if you want to buy a few bottles, they will not sell them to you. I'm sorry to say this but the girl who attended me is not very kind when you speak to her and it is not your turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen surtido y precio, sin embargo la señorita que toma el pedido siempre esta de mal humor y atiende de mala gana hasta parece que le voy a pedir regalado si pusieran una persona comprometida con el servicio al cliente le pongo las cinco estrellas (La señorita que atendió todo el año 2019 y lo que va del 2020)
Very good assortment and price, however the lady who takes the order is always in a bad mood and attends reluctantly until it seems that I will ask for a gift if they put a person committed to customer service I put the five stars (Miss which attended all year 2019 and what goes of 2020)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, en vez de responder cada comentario de calificación en google disculpándose deberían supervisar la atención que dan a lo más importante que tienen “sus clientes”. Por otra parte tardan años en atender y no cuentan con ningún tipo de espacio para esperar, siempre tenemos que esperar bajo el sol al rededor de media hora, hemos dejado de ir cuando pasamos y hay gente esperando pues sabemos que será una pérdida de tiempo.
Terrible customer service, instead of responding to every qualifying comment on google apologizing, you should monitor the attention you give to the most important thing about "your customers". On the other hand, they take years to attend and they do not have any kind of space to wait, we always have to wait in the sun for about half an hour, we have stopped going when we pass and there are people waiting because we know it will be a waste of time.

Si estás dispuesto a desperdiciar tu tiempo en espera, bienvenido, sus precios quizá lo valgan.
Technology has not reached this place, rapid customer service is unknown, as well as inventory management or order generation. Its computer system or application is from the last century.
If you're willing to waste your time waiting, welcome, their prices may be worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba bajando me de mi auto 6:28 pm y el personal estaba ya con mochilas afuera esperando su hora de salida., necesitaba 900 botellas y lamentablemente la persona que allí labora cerró la puerta para que no pudiera entrar ya
I was getting out of my car at 6:28 pm and the staff was already outside with backpacks waiting for their departure time. I needed 900 bottles and unfortunately the person who works there closed the door so that I could not enter anymore.
