★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La paella y el concepto general es estupendo! Pocos lugares de comida en Monterrey ofrecen mejor razón costo- beneficio.
Excelente sabor, platos muy balanceados en las carnes rojas y mariscos, de olor del arroz y especias suculento y original, toda la comida muy estética y realmente se esmeraron con sus originales empaques que mantienen la comida bien presentada y caliente.
La paella, el pulpo, la tortilla española y sus postres son excelentes.
Creo que los jóvenes Sotomayor sienten placer al servir con gusto a su clientela.

 The paella and the general concept is great! Few food places in Monterrey offer a better cost-benefit ratio.
Excellent flavor, very balanced dishes in red meats and seafood, with a succulent and original smell of rice and spices, all the food very aesthetic and they really took great care with their original packaging that keeps the food well presented and warm.
The paella, the octopus, the Spanish omelette and their desserts are excellent.
I believe the young Sotomayor take pleasure in serving their clientele with gusto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arroz batido, pollo con exceso de finas hierbas y cero sal, puerco frito y refrito… tal vez esta no sea paella valenciana y sea otro tipo, mi calificación es mi experiencia personal, la vdd terminé mi platillo por hambre más que por gusto.
Beaten rice, chicken with an excess of fine herbs and zero salt, fried and refried pork... perhaps this is not Valencian paella and is another type, my rating is my personal experience, I finished my dish out of hunger rather than pleasure.
