No entiendo como es posible tener en hr pico a un ejecutivo de atención a clientes y 3 ejecutivos para pagos cuando el tiempo de atención toma mas de una hora y para pagar no hay ni un alma.
 The customer service staff is very rude and mean.
I do not understand how it is possible to hr peak a customer service executive and 3 executives for payments when the service time takes more than an hour and to pay there is not a soul.
