J	Jose Moreno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pésimo servicio , el día 15 de noviembre del 2021, acudí a bodega Aurrerá aeropuerto, en este lugar se ubica un cajero de pagos digitales, realice un depósito de 1000 pesos a mi recibo de CFE, los cuales no se abonaron a mi recibo y tampoco me regreso mi dinero, de inmediato hable al número que vine en el cajero para dudas y aclaraciones y nunca me contestaron, al día siguiente hable y me dijeron que tenía que esperar 7 días para que realizarán el corte del cajero, me espere los 7 días hábiles , y cuál fue mi sorpresa, me dijeron ( según ellos) , que no sobró nada del corte de ese cajero, la verdad me parece muy lamentable que pasen este tipo de cosas, así que les recomiendo nunca utilizar este tipo de cajeros, ya que te roban tu dinero. C	Cesar Aguirre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa bastante ineficaz, ya que no tiene una buena organización, en mi experiencia uno de los cajeros no me regresó mi cambió y tuve que esperar más de 15 días para que me regresaran mi dinero, ya que en un principio me dijeron que en 7 dias me resolverían pero no fue así tuve que esperar a que se autorizara la devolución me pidieron datos de mi tarjeta para depositarme y todavía con tal descaro me dicen que tengo que esperar de 24 a 48 horas hábiles para que me lo regresen.
