★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a painting here in February 2021. As part of the purchase, we were promised that the painting would be sent along with the certificate of authenticity. The certificate was never sent. I’ve now followed up repeatedly (10 plus times) for many months asking for the certificate. The owner Magdalena promises she will send it and never does. She has now stopped responding to my messages. This is unprofessional and dishonest.
