They don't respect their schedule. I'm out half an hour before closing time and it's closed. Yesterday I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and they no longer attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía que enviar un paquete a Texas de suma importancia para mi y Paulina Mendoza fue la que me estuvo apoyando en todo este proceso de una manera Increíble.Tuve inconvenientes con la persona que debía recibir el paquete (ajeno al servicio de paquetería) y Paulina al saber que era algo muy importante de entregar estuvo dándole seguimiento de la manera más profesional que yo haya visto. Es admirable el trabajo que hacen en esta sucursal, son personas muy humanas y que se toman con mucha seriedad y empatía su trabajo. Felicidades a todo el Staff que siempre entendieron mis necesidades y nunca me dejaron sola con esta entrega. Por favor no duden, sus cosas llegarán de la mejor manera si acuden a esta sucursal. I had to send a package to Texas that was very important to me and Paulina Mendoza was the one who was supporting me throughout this process in an incredible way. I had problems with the person who should receive the package (outside the parcel service) and Paulina at Knowing that it was something very important to deliver was following it up in the most professional way I have ever seen. The work they do in this branch is admirable, they are very human people and they take their work very seriously and with empathy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que eh mandado documentos u otro paquete, me han ayudado los chicos de la paqueteria, tienen un excelente servicio, las instalaciones son limpias y son muy profesionales en su trabajo.
La recolección es gratuita y la persona que los recolecta a domicilio es tranquilo y amigable.
Me encanta la sucursal porque si yo no puedo rastrear lo que envíe, yo con tan solo llamarles me dicen el estado en el que va o donde se encuentra.

The times that I have sent documents or another package, the guys from the parcel have helped me, they have excellent service, the facilities are clean and they are very professional in their work.
The collection is free and the person who collects them at home is calm and friendly.
I love the branch because if I can't track what I send, just by calling them they will tell me the state in which it is going or where it is located.
I love it and everything is excellent !!
