★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre una pésima atención, no son ágiles para resolver. Estuve esperando 30minutos en el teléfono y nunca me contestaron, de igual manera me dejaron en espera en el chat dos veces y me cerraban la conversación.
Aboné $2,000 , los cuales nunca entraron a mi cuenta pakke. Según ellos, jamás recibieron mi dinero, pero mi estado bancario dice lo contrario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eviten usar Pakke, No pagan la cuenta que tienen con DHL y cuando has pagado la guia de DHL retienen el envio por falta de pago hasta que se les da la gana pagar te liberan tu envio!! no te dan soporte y le echan la culpa a DHL!! PESIMOS
Avoid using Pakke, they do not pay the account they have with DHL and when you have paid the DHL guide they retain the shipment for non-payment until they feel like paying they release your shipment !! they don't give you support and blame it on DHL !! Sorry

They have very affordable service rates but their customer service is AWFUL. Impossible to get them to solve you by whats or by phone.

Terrible service, they stole my order at their facilities. Never send anything with them. Any other service is better than this one.
