El paquete sigue sin enviarse y al llegar a sucursal pésimo servicio al cliente. No te dan soluciones o alguna atención para infórmale al cliente que su paquete no se ha enviado. El personal comiendo en recepción. Y medidas de sanitizacion no se siguen ya que todo el personal sin cubrebocas.
Very informal. Shipping was scheduled the next day and the package was not shipped or picked up for up to 3 days. The package is still not sent and when it arrives at the branch, terrible customer service. They do not give you solutions or any attention to inform the customer that their package has not been sent. Staff eating at reception. And sanitation measures are not followed since all personnel without face masks.
