★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un envio, en una caja que yo cerré personalmente. Pero el personal que estaba ahí me preguntó que era lo que está dentro. Le comenté que era un celular iPhone 4 y sorpresa llegó la caja vacía al destino. Estaba encendido el equipo y con find my iPhone pude ver que nunca se envío.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan casi todas las compañías de paquetería pero solo reciben guías prepagadas de Fedex, muy buen trato y servicio, las empleadas muy agradables y serviciales y el dueño, gerente o que encargado, igual.

En marzo hice un envío a ecuador, pregunte al personal si se tenía que pagar algo al llegar y dijeron que no, resulto que al llegar a ecuador se cobraron impuestos . Esto no fue todo, el paquete no se envió en la caja que me habían dicho que se enviaría y uno de los objetos que deje para el envío (caja musical) no llego. Me regresaron solo un porcentaje del costo del objeto extraviado, finalmente mi objetivo que era que se recibiera completo mi paquete no se cumplió. No recomiendo el servicio, el personal no es de confianza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para envío de paquetería, tiene más de tres opciones de diferentes marcas como Fedex, redpack, etc.
Todo se concentra en una sola oficina son amables y muy atentos al servicio, es la primera impresión y la primera visita que tengo con ellos, si me es funcional seguiré enviando mi paquetería con ellos, por el momento es una prueba,
Ahí parece no existir el Covid-19, la oficina es muy grande y sólo está el personal necesario,no sé si era el horario, pero mientras me atendieron fuí el único usuario dentro del local.
Puede apreciar que tienen diferentes embalajes, unicel para el relleno, varios tamaños de cajas de cartón y papel burbuja, me generó confianza el ver qué tus envíos van cuidadosamente empaquetados y te dan una guía de seguimiento.

You can see that they have different packaging, Styrofoam for filling, various sizes of cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, it gave me confidence to see that your shipments are carefully packaged and they give you a tracking guide.
