Excellent service, especially Omar. I did not hire the packmail service but I had a problem with my passport package with a prepaid DHL guide that was delivered to them (DHL did not even move a finger) and it was Omar who helped me locate and issue it. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En particular con esta sucursal tuve muy mala experiencia, realicé un trámite migratorio con la embajada francesa y de esa sucursal me enviarían mis documentos los cuáles tuvieron extraviados por 20 días en su sucursal y a pesar de que me estuve comunicando con ellos en el lapso de esos días no hicieron el más mínimo esfuerzo de buscarlos, una vez que pude solicitar la firma de recolección que dejaron en la embajada fue hasta ese momento que buscaron mi paquete y además de eso me cobraron $150 por la gestión, adicional a la guía prepagada que ya había comprado para el envío de mi paquete.

ESTUVO BUENO EL ROBO DEL PERSONAL ATIENDE EL LUGAR

Abusan totalmente por tener convenio con las embajadas y probablemente pacto con el diablo por qué no me cabe en la cabeza por qué eligen estas instituciones corruptas que lucran con los interesados en trámites de las embajadas de alrededor Alemania, Francia y España. Me cobraron $680 pesos por enviar un pasaporte que no pesa ni 200 gramos a la ciudad de Cancún y me terminaron dando un sobre de FEDEX, cuando esa paquetería es de las más económicas, un robo total. Por favor denuncien para acabar con este tipo de servicios y empresas!
Excessively EXPENSIVE, AWFUL service, they do not give a ticket, they give you long billing and coincidentally you cannot pay with a card, it is only cash.
