TERRIBLE SERVICE. IN HIS SCHEDULE SAYS THAT THEY CLOSE AT 7PM I ARRIVED 6:30 PM AND A MESSENGER ATTENDED ME SAYING THAT THE LADY IS GOING OUT AT 6:30 PM WHO DOES NOT KNOW THE AGREEMENT THAT I HAVE WITH THE OWNERS.

El letrero dice cierre 1:00pm
Y Google dice 4:00 cierre el sábado y parece qué no es única vez

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, que falta de respeto no respetar los horarios. Llegué a las 12 30 y estaba cerrado. Cuando el propietario dice que cierran a las 4. Regresé a las 13:30 y continuaba cerrado.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no saben si salen o no los paquetes, lastima de marcas tan importantes como DHL y Estafeta por que estas personas las ponen en mal. Te atienden como si fueras a pedir gratis busquen directamente las oficinas por que esta para nada sirve.
Terrible attention, they do not know if the packages come out or not, it hurts such important brands as DHL and Estafeta because these people put them in the wrong. They serve you as if you were going to ask for free, look directly for the offices because this is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su horario dice de lunes a viernes de 9 am a 6 pm.
Llegaron a abrir hasta las 10:30 am, esperé porque urge y porque el guardia me dijo que siempre llegaban tarde.
Una vez ahí, esperé como media hora a que llenaran mis datos, me comentaron que no recibían pago con tarjeta. Salí al cajero por dinero, regresé y no tenían internet, esperé 15 min y regresó.
Al final me dijeron que no se podía hacer mi envío y que gracias bye ?
¡Pésima gestión!
Their hours say Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
