Te roban todo del paquete... la señorita que atiende “Karla” me ayudo con el empaque de mi paquete para luego insistir que no se puede enviar con seguro. Ella se dio cuenta de todo lo que venia. Luego llega mi paquete a su destino en fin de semana mucho antes del día que ella me aseguro que llegaría, lo cual esta bien, pero llego la caja casi vacía. Al tratar de hacer el reclamo el numero de guía que me proporciona no existe en la paqueteria por el que lo enviaron y ella no se hace cargo, y jamas te deja hablar con su supervisora o gerente. Busquen una paquetería segura y directa. Cuidado en Pakmail roban TODO!!! Watch out!
