★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio, el chavo que esta te atiende como quiere, antes iba por el buen servicio que me daba el anterior personal, pero ahora deja mucho que desear aparte ya te dan mas caro mejor vallan directo a DHL que esta dentro de la misma plaza, te dan mas barato y es mejor y el trato es directo con la linea pakmail solo es intermediario por eso es su costo mas elevado
very bad service, the guy who attends you as he wants, before went for the good service that the previous staff gave me, but now he leaves a lot to be desired apart they already give you more expensive better they go directly to DHL that is within the same square, they give you cheaper and it is better and the treatment is direct with the pakmail line it is only an intermediary that is why it is its highest cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merecen ni una estrella, contraté un servicio especificando que urgía llegara en cierta fecha debido a que al día siguiente tenían que llevar el paquete a otro país en calidad de urgente. Pagué un servicio donde llegaba jueves o a más tardar viernes contemplando el tema y hoy viernes en la tarde (ya sin mucho que yo pueda hacer) me comentan que no llega, que no saben cuando va a llegar y no se comprometen en nada. La persona que me atendió Miguel V. no me dio solución alguna, solo un número de guía para que contactara a la empresa que contrataron para llevar mi paquete y una actitud en la que realmente no mostró ni dos gramos de empatía o interés en el tema y como darle solución, lo cual es aun más molesto. Le pedí que me dijera como tramitar un reembolso y también ... que me espere a que llegue el paquete... si ,ese mismo que era urgente y ellos no saben donde está. Por favor evítense la molestia, la perdida de dinero y contraten a otra paquetería

I paid for a service where I would arrive on Thursday or Friday at the latest, contemplating the issue and today Friday afternoon (without much that I can do) they tell me that it does not arrive, that they do not know when it will arrive and they do not commit to anything. The person who attended me Miguel V. did not give me any solution, only a guide number to contact the company they hired to carry my package and an attitude in which he really did not show two grams of empathy or interest in the subject and how to solve it, which is even more annoying. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor paqueteria... no vengan aqui... envie un regalo con costo de 1200 pesos... pague 1600 por enviarlo a Francia y lo devolvieron de Francia por que queria la Aduana cobrar 10 mil pesos por el paquete... ahora lo devolvieron y para que me lo regresen quieren que les pague 6 mil pesos mas... En total quieren ahora quieren que desembolse 7600 pesos por algo que cuesta 1200... Eso y robar es lo mismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ser un excelente establecimiento, se ha convertido en algo parecido a un mostrador de gobierno, no tienen cajas, no tienen ánimo de trabajar ni de aportar servicio ni soluciones al cliente.
Para enviar 3 botellas me sacaron una caja enorme, porque "NO HAY" otra.... y claro pues el envío mucho más caro....
