Lo enviaron a travez de DHL.
Casualmente DHL lo entregó a una persona que diferente. Levante una aclaración en DHL y ellos amablemente se hicieron responsables y pagaran una indemnizacion pero a Pakmail!!!
Pakmail no me dara absolutamente nada. Ellos me robaron mi paquete y se quedaron con la indemnización de DHL.
Obviamente he levantado una denuncia para este caso
My package was stolen.
They sent it through DHL.
Coincidentally DHL delivered it to a different person. Raise a clarification in DHL and they kindly took responsibility and paid compensation but to Pakmail !!!
Pakmail will not give me anything. They stole my package and kept the indemnity from DHL.
Obviously I have raised a complaint for this case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, pero el registro de tu paquete es lento, tardan de 15 a 20 min y no te dan el Código de rastreo, tienes que llamar para que te lo proporcionen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pagas y haces todo. Lo que te indican. No te informan cuando llega tu paquete. Le tienes que preguntar. Y no te dan el número de guía para seguir tu paquete te dan una tarjeta y te dicen marque a este número más tarde y pida la guía. Mal servicio y pagas el envío muy bien pero el empleado que me atendió no le interesa su trabajo.
Terrible service. You pay and do everything. What they tell you. They don't inform you when your package arrives. You have to ask him. And they don't give you the guide number to follow your package, they give you a card and they tell you to dial this number later and ask for the guide. Bad service and you pay the shipping very well but the employee who attended to me is not interested in your work.
