★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pague por una entrega para el día siguiente y llego dos días después de lo acordado y ellos argumentan que en el contrato que uno firma viene que pueden existir demoras aunque uno pague por un servicio express. De igual forma para la recolección pueden ellos tardarse tiempo indefinido y se amparan en que en el contrato viene que pueden existir demoras.
NO RESUELVEN.
Terrible service, I paid for a delivery for the next day and I arrived two days after the agreement and they argue that in the contract that one signs comes there may be delays even if one pays for an express service. In the same way, for the collection, they may take an indefinite time and they rely on the fact that in the contract there may be delays.
