"AMAZING!! Imagine your own private hotel in paradise. From the moment I reached out to the Alpers regarding renting the Palace for my husband's 50th birthday, until we said a tearful goodbye to the staff, our experience was fantastic! The Palace is gorgeous (even more so than the photos). What made the stay perfect is the phenomenal staff! Every day we were met by smiling faces! Jose was there for every small and large request. Pilar is a wonderful Chef who fulfilled our every desire and surprised us with new dishes daily! One of our guests is a Celebrity Chef from New York and he could not get enough of her food -- especially her molé and salsas. I am a travel agent and will be recommending Palace By The Sea to my clients. We will be back SOON!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing home!!! We had a wonderful time in this place. Service can be no better, most delicious food ever. Best view ever. This house is to relax and enjoy life. It was shown in the 80's in a TV show named "lifestyles of the rich and famous". House is vintage style but very well cared and maintained. House include a large van and a golf cart in case you would like to visit the beach. House is located in a very secure neighborhood. Gated community. Best neighborhood of Manzanillo. Definately worth staying in this magnificent estate.
