The Grand and Le Blanc resorts are phenomenal. The reservation service is always an adventure. Always some kind of issue or problem.

If you are interested in a membership, hear then out... if you're not interested but want a free tour/day trip or spa visit, it's not worth it. You waste way more than 90mins of your time telling them know, and then the credits are taxed so its not free. After your sales consultant tells their manager you said "no" then the really aggressive manager comes and tries to find all type of ways to sell it. Then when he gets that you v mean "no" he's really horrible, rude, condescending, ruins all the good you felt being in the hotel. And you just want to leave and not spend another penny there. At least that's how I felt. Before the membership tour we would've returned with friends for a group trip. Now, we'll choose another 5 star all- inclusive in a different area. And we'll not accept and tours/ memberships/ timeshare presentations.

Huge waste of my time. Took like 2 hours to reach a deal that was not very good. At the very least it had a kids area and a bar. Got my blood pressure on the rise.

The best four-diamond luxury family option for vacation. Infraestructure and service are super. There are too many amenities to chose.

Deceptive and fraudulent. Was absolutely ripped off and lied to. I've been a member for years with 2 previous contacts.. but a recent diamond contract with my finance (now ex) went horrifically. Management went so far as to separate him from me while he was undergoing medical treatments to prevent us cancelling the contract. I have texts between the manager and my ex talking about how to fraudulently remove me from the contract. Then Palace reps refused to communicate with me for 6 months. I have emails saying they cannot make or receive calls. A full on breach of their obligations as the contract said 24ht phone calls returned by the diamond line. I was told if I came in person my equity would be released as universal credits to use for bookings. After being ignored for 6 months I came directly to Cancun as it was a substancial Invesment to leave in limbo. We made a massive down payment and they just held it and didn't release it as benefits and put me at risk with my sick fiance to prevent us from cancelling in the timelines allowed . Once I arrived it was total distraction. Passed from one person to another. Lied to that my sales rep didn't work there anymore. I saw him on the sales floor and asked if he remembers me and he said he thought I suicided myself. Outrageous! Said this to someone who's paid 6figures into this over a decade!!! Disgusting!! I'd lost a former spouse to suicide and he knew that from our membership meetings and tied to trigger me. Smirked. I told him to step into an office with me and he called security. Days in and out of sales and legal. So many days wasted. Not even an offer to give a complementary night after wasting days I'd paid for. After numerous promises to release the equity as univeral credit to use for bookings they ultimately lied on all regards and kept the money and said they can't help me. Months of this nonsense. 27 agents I've talked to!!18g usd they are withholding. Told me to take them to consumer affairs. I won't waste my time. They apparently can't keep up with their obligations to members anymore so have to resort to these deceptions. Absolute fraud.

*scam alert* *beware*This is the center of the scam scheme of the moon palace complex. I was literally lured there with my daughter with the promise of a free pass and I left that place after 2 hours with what they call a membership contract for discounts and free night which I realized only a few hours that is an illegal fraud and scheme. They refused to cancel it less then 24 hours later. Now I have to deal with legal disputes, lawyers, phone calls not answered, credit card issues and possible future legal problems because of these people and their illegal practices. Stay away from this place and the sales people.

Full of dishonest sales staff that will lie to your face to fool you into buying a ridiculously overpriced membership that has more small print that the middle East peace accord. Avoid this place unless you fancy getting ripped off. Don't fall for their 2 day free pass incentive. IT ISNT WORTH IT. just enjoy your holiday and never come back.
