★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es muy buena y se ve que en su momento fue un hotel muy bonito, ahora las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, los jacuzzis no te inspiran a relajarte ahí dentro, lo único que es muy bonito es el jardín de eventos, es muy espacioso y ese si está bien cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bonito y grande. El trato de los empleados es muy bueno y la habitación me gustaron, aunque nunca me tocó agua caliente en la regadera y está muy alejado de todo lo bueno de Acapulco. Pero si quieres solo ir a descansar y relajarte esta muy bien.
It is a very beautiful and big place. The treatment of the employees is very good and the room I liked, although I never touched hot water in the shower and it is very far from all the good things about Acapulco. But if you want to just go to rest and relax, this is very good.

El agua sale de color rojo-cafe por lo sucio de las tuberías, los muebles, aparatos eléctricos y la decoración son viejisimos y se nota. La alberca no está limpia. La atención en recepción es muy mala. El desayuno que incluye es realmente malo, Solo tres platillos, dos frutas y un jugo (no Natural) terrible. Para el café dan vaso de unicel (???). Tenía reservadas tres noches para una boda pero obviamente solo m quedé una por necesidad, tuve que buscar otro lugar porque está de plano está terrible. Definitivamente cero recomendable... busquen otras opciones.
The place is very ugly, the rooms very dirty and neglected. The water comes out red-brown because of the dirty pipes, furniture, electrical appliances and decoration are very old and it shows. The pool is not clean. The attention at reception is very bad. The breakfast included is really bad, just three dishes, two fruits and a terrible (not Natural) juice. For coffee they give a glass of unicel (???). I had three nights reserved for a wedding but obviously I only had one for necessity, I had to find another place because it's flat is terrible. Definitely recommended zero ... look for other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no cuentan con la cristalería necesaria para los eventos, no saben organizarse, el personal no está capacitado para atender a los huéspedes e invitados. Las habitaciones y los baños sumamente sucios, además el agua salía amarilla. No lo recomiendo para nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sencillo y eficaz para una escapada de fin de semana.
Los puntos negativos son las habitaciones: la calefacción no la puedes modificar, hay goteras, en el baño a ciertas horas el olor de las tuberías inunda la habitación, hay que batallar mucho con la cerradura y no cuenta ni con teléfono ni con alguna estructura para secar la ropa aunado que las ventanas son muy pequeñas e impiden que se seque la ropa correctamente.
El servicio fue meh y la limpieza para las piscinas fue deficiente.
Fui de viaje de graduación y note todo eso, pero si fuera por mi cuenta preferiría alojarme en otro sitio o al menos que modifiquen la administración del lugar.
Los puntos positivos: esta muy cerca de la playa, cruzas el portón y ya estás caminando por la arena.
Simple and effective for a weekend getaway.
The negative points are the rooms: you cannot modify the heating, there are leaks, in the bathroom at certain times the smell of the pipes floods the room, you have to fight a lot with the lock and it does not have a telephone or any structure to drying clothes while the windows are very small and prevent clothes from drying properly.
The service was meh and the cleaning for the pools was lacking.
I went on a graduation trip and I noticed all that, but if it were on my own I would prefer to stay somewhere else or at least change the administration of the place.
The positive points: it is very close to the beach, you cross the gate and you are already walking on the sand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar lo visite con mi ahora ex pareja, en enero 2019. Mucha nostalgia me dio ver que no existe el lugar. Lo han derrumbado, ya no existe mas.
I visited the place with my now ex-partner, in January 2019. I was very nostalgic to see that the place does not exist. They have demolished it, it no longer exists.
