★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonita arquitectura, un buen ambiente para los niños y adolescentes, aunque deberían cambiar al profesor de pintura Jorge, con todo respeto pero su actitud hacia sus alumnos es agresiva, y su forma de enseñanza es denigrante, y ya ni hablemos de su vocabulario, es lo que le quita una estrella a mi opinión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar, este emblemático edificio hace tiempo fue el centro de estudios superiores de Tlaxcala hoy promueve la cultura y las artes, aquí se imparten talleres de música y pintura también hacen eventos de danza y teatro. Tiene amplias áreas verdes, lugares para sentarse, instalaciones muy limpias y personal muy amable y atento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello establecimiento, lindas instalaciones para quienes aman el arte y la cultura, es un edificio iconico de la ciudad. Tiene estacionamiento cercano, baños no tan higienicos, servicio de Internet. Tal vez podrían dar mantenimiento a los jardines ms frecuentemente, pero aún así, el lugar es agradable para tener una reunión con amigos aun no siendo parte de la institución, pues esta abierto al público.
Beautiful establishment, nice facilities for those who love art and culture, is an iconic building of the city. It has parking nearby, not so hygienic bathrooms, Internet service. Maybe they could maintain the gardens more frequently, but even so, the place is nice to have a meeting with friends even though it is not part of the institution, because it is open to the public.
