Sin embargo no están coordinados con el personal que te atiende en línea y por WhatsApp. Si vas con información que obtuviste por estos medios a la tienda es una perdida de tiempo tratar de que te ayuden en la tienda a pesar de la buena disposición del personal.
 Store with a wide variety of brands, comfortable and excellent staff attention. However, they are not coordinated with the staff that attends you online and by WhatsApp. If you go to the store with information that you obtained by these means, it is a waste of time to try to get help in the store despite the good disposition of the staff.

Compré un reloj el cual me dijeron que buenisima calidad, una puesta y se safó la correa, no me hicieron valida la garantia.
Muy lento el servicio y nunca hay nadie en area
I do not recommend the palace service at all, my experience in the watchmaking area has been poor.
I bought a watch which they told me was of great quality, one time it was worn and the strap came off, they did not validate the guarantee.

Terrible service in the card administration area. It takes 1 hour just to update my electronic chip card. Very terrible service and super slow. This level of service from Palacio de Hierro is a shame. Here in San Pedro de Nuevo León this department store is a disgrace, nothing ? of prestige
