Actualmente abierto al público en horario de 8 am a 2 PM nos ofrece en sus pasillos una hermosa galería,de arte moderno y contemporáneo .
 Historical building in a tour of the place we know the offices and the political work, which is exercised in this place majestic columns and wide corridors overlooking beautiful fountains and gardens this building dates from the colonial era, in which the history of what was once a fort in times of independence.
Currently open to the public from 8 am to 2 pm, it offers us a beautiful gallery of modern and contemporary art in its corridors.
