★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está un poco confuso encontrar el lugar donde tienes que realizar tu trámite por la disteis el edificio sobre todo si eres una persona ajena al municipio de Cardenas, la atención es amable en general aún que si hay servidores públicos que son un poco groseros, y lamentablemente son los que están cerca de las entradas a las oficinas por lo que son la primera imagen de la presidencia, un punto en el cual trabajar, los baños en muchas ocaciones están cerrados y se vuelve incómodo si vienes de fueras, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al edificio.
