★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pura burocracia, en su registro civil. Todos una bola de flojos y peresos. Es una pena. Qué estan ahí, cobrando su quincena. Todos son una de PARCOS. por eso México, no avanza. Por ese tipo de gente inútil. Da pena. Ver ese tipo de personal atendiendo detrás del mostrador y pesimo SERVICIO.
Creó que, para el pueblo de Chalco y para México. No merece. Ese pésimo servicio. Pareciera, qué. Estamos en la era del Porfiriato.
Como si estuvieran trabajando la gran realeza, o el mismo, fontificado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes que hacer un tramite es mejor irse temprano aunque su personal es muy bueno y eficiente nose dan abasto con tanta gente el lugar es muy grande cuenta con varias oficinas abren alas 8 y cierran alas 4 aun lado encontrará el SAT siempre hay fila para cualquier trámite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudiendo a las instalaciones de Desarrollo Urbano, estás dentro del Palacio municipal del H. Ayuntamiento de Chalco, me percató de varias cosas interesantes, se las cuento: la primera es que desarrollo urbano, en esta instalación es un modulo auxiliar, pero todo bien, para ingresos de trámites, se hace sin problema, la cosa es que ahí no se encuentra el director de esa área; Segunda, son muy modernas y bonitas las instalaciones de este palacio municipal, me imaginaba el uso de edificios antiguos como muchos otros municipios; Tercera, no hay baños adentro para los usuarios :( ...; Cuarta, muy modernos en el uso de tecnología para seguimiento de trámites!!! Con código QR!!!, venga que si esto jala, la de vueltas que te ahorras!!! ??; Quinta, dentro de sus instalaciones difunden arte en cuadros de sus pobladores, eso está muy chido; Sexta y última, en el mismo día que ingresé mi trámite, me indican que en 2 días cheque el QR para que me digan que día puedo pagar y recoger mi trámite, que al parecer sale a principios de la próxima semana!!! Sería el récord de entrega de trámites (me sorprendo ya que le damos a la gestoría y trámites), ojalá nos dejen impresionados en este municipio y principalmente la logística de quién gobierna actualmente.

With a QR code!!! !!!??; Fifth, within their facilities they spread art in pictures of their residents, that is very cool; Sixth and last, on the same day that I entered my procedure, they tell me that in 2 days I check the QR so that I can tell me what day I can pay and pick up my paperwork, which apparently comes out at the beginning of next week!!! It would be the record for delivery of paperwork (I'm surprised since we give it to the agency and paperwork), hopefully they leave us impressed in this municipality and mainly the logistics of who currently governs.
