★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una desorganización horrible de los trabajadores; me hacían dar vueltas y vueltas diciéndome que para hacer cierto trámite debía y a un lado, y ahí me decían que no, que a otro, y luego que a otro ahí mismo, pero para cada una de estas cosas tuve que hacer filas, por lo que el tiempo perdido fue increíble. Lo único bueno es que hay algunas personas agradables, pero así como las hay, hay personas que te tratan horrible y te cierran la ventanilla en la cara antes de poder preguntar algo.
A horrible disorganization of the workers; They made me go round and round telling me that to do a certain procedure I had to go to one side, and there they told me no, that to another, and then to another right there, but for each of these things I had to stand in lines, so that the time wasted was incredible. The only good thing is that there are some nice people, but just as there are, there are people who treat you horrible and slam the window in your face before you can ask anything.
